01The essentials

By ordering from any of the three houses — Maison Claire, Aurelia or Casa Lumen — you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in each boutique's currency and include applicable taxes where stated; delivery is added at checkout.

02Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious, in which case any charge is refunded in full.

Bespoke commissions, engraved jewellery and cut-to-order homeware are made for you: they are charged in full at order and cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

03Delivery

We ship insured and tracked, with delivery estimates shown in the bag and at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. Duties outside the EU/CH are the recipient's responsibility.

04Returns

Ready-to-wear and stock homeware may be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging for a full refund, minus any non-refundable bespoke items. Register the return from your account.

05Intellectual property

All imagery, copy and the storefront design are owned by the house or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

06Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

07Demo notice

This is a demonstration of the Lumière theme for Astro. No real transaction takes place on this demo; checkout and accounts are simulated in your browser. A production deployment connects to Shopify and real payment providers.
