Returns
Free returns within 30 days, in the original packaging, from any of the three houses. Register the return from your account — the courier collects, insured, and the refund lands within five business days of arrival back at the atelier.
Bespoke commissions, engraved jewellery and cut-to-order homeware are made for you and cannot be returned; we say so clearly on the piece before you order.
Insured, signed for
Every parcel travels insured with signature on delivery. Jewellery ships in plain, unbranded outers. Homeware over 20 kg is delivered by a two-person team who place the piece and take the packaging away.
