01What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email and the details of what you bought. Payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.

When you create an account we keep your email, saved addresses, wishlist and message preferences. Browsing the store sets a small number of functional cookies so the bag and boutique choice survive a refresh.

02Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to keep you signed in, to answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — to send delivery updates, new-arrival notes and occasional offers. You can change every message preference from your account at any time.

03Who we share it with

Only the partners who make an order happen: our payment processor, the courier carrying your parcel, and the email service that sends your confirmations. Each is bound to use your data solely for that purpose. We never sell your data.

04Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the atelier and we will respond within one business day. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.

05Cookies

We use functional cookies (bag, boutique, session) and, if you consent, analytics that help us understand which pieces resonate. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

06Demo notice

This storefront is a demonstration of the Lumière theme for Astro. On this demo, orders and accounts live only in your browser (localStorage) and no data leaves your device. In a production build these flows connect to Shopify and your chosen providers.
