Within 12 hours, usually yes — write to the atelier with your order number. Once a piece is with the workshop for finishing, we can no longer intervene.

Yes, insured and tracked. Duties outside the EU/CH are the recipient's responsibility and are estimated at checkout.

Free returns within 30 days, in the original packaging. Bespoke and engraved pieces are made for you and cannot be returned — we will say so clearly before you order.

Every boutique has its own guide — a size chart for apparel, a ring sizer for jewellery, finished dimensions for homeware. Open any piece and tap the guide link beside the sizes.

Resizing is complimentary within the first year, half sizes up or down, back with you within twelve days.

The glaze separates slightly in the kiln, pooling darker where the form turns. Two pieces fired side by side will not match — that variation is the point, not a defect.
